Eligibility Criteria
• Must be a permanent resident of Bihar state. • The caste of the applicant should be under Backward Class (BC) or Extremely Backward Class (EBC) and Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST). • Family annual income of parent/guardian including own income does not exceed Rs. 3,00,000/- only. • The applicant should be studying in post-admission courses in government institutions / recognized non-government institutions located within the state.

How to Apply Bihar Post Matric Scholarship PMS 2025-26

Visit Website: Go to pmsonline.bihar.gov.in/.
Register: Click on "New Student Registration", provide details like name, mobile number, email, and Aadhaar number, then verify with OTP.
Login: Use your registered user ID and password to log in.
Fill Form: Complete the application form with personal details (Aadhaar, domicile), academic details (course, institute), and bank details (IFSC, account number).
Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of photo, Aadhaar card, income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, bank passbook, and previous year’s mark sheets in the specified format.
Submit Application: Review all entered details carefully and click "Submit" to finalize the application.
Print Receipt: Download and print the application acknowledgment slip for future reference.
